How can I put in-text citation for a paragraph that has a combination of two references (in other words, two or more sources in the same parentheses)?

Answer

When citing multiple works parenthetically, place the citations in alphabetical order, separating them with semicolons.

For example:

... (Drury, 2019; Scott, 2018).

If multiple sources are cited within the narrative of a sentence (at the beginning of the sentence), they can appear in any order.

For example: 

Collier (2015), Young (2012), and Atrill and McLaney (2021) pointed out that ....
