Here is the format for referencing an online dictionary entry (individual author):
Author's family name, Initial. (Date). Title of entry in sentence case. In Title of dictionary in italic sentence case. Publisher. URL
Example:

Format for referencing an online dictionary entry (corporate author), continuously updated:
Corporate/Group Author. (Date). Dictionary entry. In Title of dictionary in italic sentence case. Retrieval date (month, day, year) from URL
Example:
Merriam-Webster. (n.d.). Professionalism. In Merriam-Webster.com dictionary. Retrieved January 30, 2020 from https://bit.ly/3uqS7HQ
Notes:
- Include a retrieval date and use (n.d.) as the publication year for resources that are continuously updated.
