Do I need to put a retrieval date when referencing webpages?
Answer
Retrieval date is only required for non archived webpages and websites that are created to change (e.g. Stats NZ, Trivago, New Zealand Stock Exchange).
Here are the examples regarding how to reference non archived webpages and websites that are created to change:
Stats NZ Tautauranga Aotearoa. (2019, November 6). Unemployment rate. Retrieved January 20, 2020, from https://www.stats.govt.nz/indicators/unemployment-rate
Trivago. (n.d.). Your ideal accommodation in Queenstown, South Island. Retrieved January 21, 2020, from https://bit.ly/37cXxtz
Notes:
- Retrieval dates are the exception.
- Retrieved format: Month Day, Year.
