How can I cite and reference sources with authors that have Jr., Sr., and other suffixes (e.g. I, II, III)?

These suffixes (Jr., Sr., I, II, III) are included in the Reference list but not in the in text citations.
For example:
In-text citation: Mizner (2014) ... OR ... (Mizner, 2014).
Reference list entry:
Mizner, J. J., Jr. (2014). Mosby's review for the pharmacy technician certification examination (3rd ed.). Elsevier/Mosby.
